This is a static reference site. It is designed to answer horticultural questions without accounts, comments, behavioural advertising or a contact form.

What the site publishes
The public pages contain editorial text, original generated photography, source links, structured metadata, an RSS feed and a set of XML sitemaps. The site does not publish a catalogue, stock list, prices or a private collection. The contact address is visible because a correction route is part of an accountable publication.
The site may receive ordinary web-server requests when a reader opens a page. Those requests are handled by the hosting provider needed to deliver a static website. No analytics script or advertising pixel is installed in this build.
Messages sent to the desk
A message to [email protected] contains the information the sender chooses to include. It is used to read the request, reply when appropriate and assess a correction or source suggestion. Do not send private, financial or sensitive information that is not needed for that purpose.
The desk may keep a minimal correspondence record when it is needed to explain an editorial correction. The site itself has no account area or public comment archive.
Questions
For a privacy question, use the same contact address and identify the page or process concerned. For editorial sourcing, the methodology gives the more direct route.
